Authors are invited to submit a single page abstract of their paper or poster relating to the theme of the Conference. Abstracts should be submitted either as a word or pdf document, following the instructions of the template found below:

• Title of presentation to be typed in Arial 16 pt Bold
• Author(s) name(s) in Times New Roman 12 pt
• Affiliation(s) in Times New Roman 12 pt Italics
• Body text in Arial 11 pt
• References in Arial 10 pt.

Authors of submitted abstracts will be contacted by the organising committee early in 2009 regarding the status of their paper. Authors of accepted papers / posters will be invited to prepare full manuscripts to be reviewed and considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings.
